The Business Development Representative will be a key member of a dynamic, global team providing comprehensive support for sales objectives. This person will use a CRM platform (Hubspot), sales enablement tools and sales engagement software.  As well as have a natural ability to place cold calls, begin and sustain relationship, send marketing emails, and use other methods to generate potential client interest in Hickey & Associates services.


  • 3 – 5 years of B2B sales experience engaging with C-suite representatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Aptitude and interest in building and maintaining client-facing relationships.
  • Adept at learning company insights, brand, and services quickly.
  • Computer Skills – Microsoft Office Suite, exposure to/knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and sales enablement and engagement software.



  • Establish and build relationships with key stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
  • Gain insight and understanding of client location strategy.
  • Develop Hickey solutions to meet and support client requirements.
  • Proactively engage with client representatives to perpetually move the sales process to closing.
  • Exceed sales engagement goals.
  • Continue to work with clients post-closing to ensure client satisfaction and to identify additional sales opportunities.
